The Formula for Success


This formula has evolved over the years, just as our business and our clients have evolved.  I have applied this to both new and experienced sales people, and have had success with both.  I'll break down the formula piece by piece over the next few weeks so that you can read it, understand it, and apply it in your own business.  Essentially it breaks down like this: Commitment + Confidence + Consistency = Commission.    Just as a tripod missing a leg will fall over, this proven formula only works when all variables in the equation are present.  If you have years in business or weeks, you either know or will learn quickly that in this current business environment, you need to be even more proactive.  You have commit to your own success so that you will realize that end result you're looking for.  Later this week I will dive into the first element of the formula: Commitment.  Be sure to come back for an in depth look at how Commitment will be your first step to increasing your earnings.
